In 2018 I was asked to help come up with concepts to help AAA change the perception of their travel agents, which they refer to as vacation experts. The main concept that we landed on was the idea that their vacation experts help you "Get More" out of your trips than you would have if you planned it yourself. The focus of this, visually, was the experience and the emotional connection that travelers form from these unique activities planned by their vacation expert. By minimizing the destination, and focusing on the expressions we were able to appeal to the desire that everyone has to experience that one of a kind vacation.
