    This is brilliant. It’s far easier to keep clients than to make new ones and sometimes we forget the basics like checking in with past customers. Thank you for the article!

    Follow up is key, I agree. I put reminders on my calendar to call or email a client with updates or simply just to check in.

      That’s a great practice to have. I generally try to reach out to former clients within 30-60 days of our last project just to see how things are progressing and if I can help them with anything else.

      They’re pretty much always happy to hear back! It’s showing them that you care, and that’s important.
